MY ACCOUNT
To create your account, simply click the profile logo at the top left, or on the following link: create an account
To update your personal information (billing or delivery address), go to your personal space and click on profile (at the top right) then on "Edit addresses". You will then be able to correct your existing data or add a new address.
ORDERS
Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it! If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us here to modify or cancel it.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex or via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
If you encounter a problem with the payment, contact us, we can send you a payment link.
DELIVERY
Our delivery times are 3 - 5 business days depending on the destination.

The tracking of your order and your package is available in your customer area / profile.
Your tracking number is sent to you by email upon shipment. In case of loss of this number, contact us
RETURNS
- Return Period: You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return request, either total or partial.
- Procedure: To initiate the procedure, please send your request by email to: infos@kycreation.fr. We will then send you the return slip to use.
- Responsibility and Reservations: KY CREATION reserves the right to refuse any return deemed abnormal or abusive.
- Loss of Package: In case of loss of the package by the carrier during the return, no exchange or refund can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package is properly tracked and insured.

Yes, exchange is possible.
Exchanges are accepted subject to the availability of the desired product.
Exchange conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging intact, with all its labels and original accessories.
- The item must never have been worn and must show no signs of use (stains, odors, damage, etc.).
Exchange fees:
- The return shipping costs (to send the original item back to us) are your responsibility.
- The shipping costs for the new exchanged item (to your home) are covered by our services (free of charge).
