To update your personal information (billing or delivery address), go to your personal account and click on "Edit addresses". You can then correct your existing information or add a new address.
ORDERS
Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it! If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us here to modify or cancel it.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex or via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
If you encounter a problem with payment, contact us, we can send you a payment link.
DELIVERY
Our delivery times are 3-5 working days depending on the destination.

You can track the status of your order and your package directly in your profile.
RETURNS
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a request for a return, in whole or in part, if the items do not give you satisfaction.
To initiate the procedure, please send us a request by email; we will then send you the return slip to use.
Ky Création Paris reserves the right to refuse any return deemed abnormal or abusive, as well as any subsequent order in this case.
Please note that in the event of loss of the package by the carrier, no exchange or refund will be possible. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to ensure that their package is properly tracked and insured.
