Preparation of your order
After placing your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email containing details of the items you have just purchased. Then our team will start to prepare your order and we will inform you of its status, notifying you of the next steps for your order. The preparation time for your order is one working day.

Shipping/delivery time of an order - FRANCE
The shipping/delivery time of your order is 24 to 72 hours on working days (Monday to Friday) on French national territory. The delivery time may be longer for certain destinations, see the table below for costs, areas and delivery times.
The cost of shipping to France will vary depending on the total weight of your purchase. When processing your order, we will indicate the costs according to the following table:

Regarding other countries, we are currently working on the subject. We apologize for this unavailable service at the moment. If your shipping country is outside of France, please contact us by phone to place an order. We will give you the total price of the order, with taxes and delivery costs.
