Tracking Your Order

How do I track my package?

  1. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email.

  2. This email contains a tracking number and a direct link to our carrier's website.

  3. You can also find the tracking number in your Customer Area , under the "My orders" section.

  • Tracking may take a few hours to activate after receiving the email.


Important Information

Customs and Taxes (Outside EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may apply upon arrival of the package in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or delivery costs. We encourage you to consult the customs regulations of your country.

Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate (name, surname, street number, postal code, city, etc.). In the event of an error or an unclaimed package returned to our warehouse, the reshipping costs will be at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Package

If your package is damaged upon receipt or deemed lost after the maximum delivery time, please contact our customer service immediately via WhatsApp and provide your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and take the necessary steps to provide you with a prompt solution.
